Terms & Conditions

1. ELIGIBLE PRACTITIONERS: The offer is valid for physiotherapy treatment sessions with Alyssa, Yufang or Aiden, and exercise physiology sessions with Kate or Liam only. (Vestibular Physiotherapy excluded.)

2. UPFRONT PAYMENT AND EXPIRY: The three-session package must be purchased in full upfront. All three sessions must be redeemed by 24 December 2026. Any unused sessions after this date will expire.

3. HEALTH FUND CLAIMING: Health fund claims may only be submitted following completion of each eligible treatment session. Claims cannot be made upfront for future sessions.

4. TREATMENT SESSIONS ONLY: The offer applies to eligible treatment session fees only. Does not apply to classes or products used in treatment.

5. NON-REDEEMABLE FOR CASH: This offer is not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for a cash equivalent.
